Comments

When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam.

An anonymized string (hash) of your email may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you’re using it. You can view the Gravatar privacy policy here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture becomes publicly visible alongside your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors may be able to download and extract that information from the images.

Cookies

If you leave a comment, you can opt to save your name, email, and website in cookies for convenience. These cookies last for one year.

When you visit the login page, a temporary cookie is set to check if your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
